Airports Worldwide is the best of breed in airport operations, development and investment as it brings together the operational DNA and technical resources of the Houston Airport System (HAS), airport privatization experience of Airport Development Corporation (ADC), and financial strength of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS), one of Canada’s largest pensions. 

Airports Worldwide's staff has been involved during the last 25 years (since the advent airport privatization) in over US$12 billion of transactions globally, ranging from public-to-private partnerships to BOTs to freehold acquisitions, including the transitioning/separation of these business to developing and executing through an active asset management approach at a number of significant airports in Europe, Australia, South America and the Caribbean.  Through their leadership roles in the industry, Airports Worldwide's staff has also developed significant relationships with airlines, commercial providers (duty free, retail, food & beverage and car park operators), facility equipment and service providers, regulatory agencies, governments and advisors. These relationships enhance AW’s ability to rapidly grasp an airport’s requirement, develop an appropriate business plan and execute against it.
