Mr. Logan manages all aspects of airport operations for TBI US Operations, Inc. (TBI) at the Orlando Sanford International Airport, to ensure compliance with local, state and federal law, as well as all applicable management agreements. In addition, he oversees terminal facility operations; manages and coordinates terminal operations staff; is responsible for planning and management of terminal and facility improvement projects; and acts as primary point of contact between the FAA, air carriers and the Sanford Airport Authority concerning aviation related regulatory and certification matters. Mr. Logan has extensive experience overseeing airport construction projects. He previously participated in the design, construction and operation of the 125,000 sq. ft. domestic terminal facility.

Prior to joining TBI in 2000, Mr. Logan was Superintendent, Airport Operations and Security at the Albany International Airport in Albany, New York. In this capacity he was responsible for compliance with FAR Part 139 and TSR 1542 regulations and approved and amended, if necessary, airside airport design plans to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. He was also a vital member of the airports construction and development team participating in the design, planning and implementation of a $165 million airport improvement program to include a new 300,000 sq.ft. terminal building, new Air Traffic Control Tower, air cargo facility, 1,800 space multi-deck parking garage and associated landside and airside infrastructure improvements.

Mr. Logan also served as Airport Manager at the Sidney Municipal Airport in Sidney, New York, where he was responsible for the management of the airfield, vehicle and building maintenance functions, parking, custodial and airport operations/security. Mr. Logan developed a Community Support Program to enhance community relations between the airport and the surrounding community, increasing the community’s view of the airport and successfully prevented the closure of the facility.
