Industry Executive Amit Rikhy Joins ADC&HAS Airports Worldwide

May 23, 2013 Houston, TX – Amit Rikhy has been appointed Vice President, Acquisitions for ADC&HAS Airports Worldwide, the U.S. based leading global operator and investor in airports. In his new position, Mr. Rikhy will be a key member of ADC&HAS' executive management team and focus on existing and future business development and acquisition efforts, including leading the execution of the Company's public private partnership (PPP) and corporate acquisition efforts.

In making the announcement, Jeff Scheferman, CEO of ADC&HAS stated: "We are delighted to have Amit join The Company. Prior to joining ADC&HAS, Mr. Rikhy was Vice President, Business Development for Vantage Airport Group, where, as a member of Vantage's executive management team, he led all aspects of airport PPPs, acquisition, development, financial, air service marketing and commercial management initiatives. Mr. Rikhy also served on a number of airport boards while at Vantage.

He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the sourcing and execution of investments, asset management, operational improvement, stakeholder relations and governance to his new position at ADC&HAS. Mr. Rikhy has a master's degree in business from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Virginia.
