The rebranding reflects the company's focus on investing in, developing and operating airports globally. Airports Worldwide is majority-owned by OMERS, one of Canada's largest pension plans, through its strategic investment arm OMERS Strategic Investments. OMERS Strategic Investments works in close collaboration with Airports Worldwide co-shareholders HAS Development Corporation and Airport Development Corporation to manage the airport assets.
