HOUSTON, TX (November 12, 2012) – Wogbe Ofori, Senior Vice President, Global Operations of Houston-based ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide will speak at the Airport Consultant Council’s (ACC) 2012 Global Business Summit in Washington, D.C. December 3-4, 2012. The invitation to participate in this important event was extended to Mr. Ofori by Steve Riano, Aviation Practice Leader for Bechtel Corporation and the ACC 2012 Global Business Summit Lead, during time spent together at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo in Vienna, Austria. As taken from the ACC website, “this conference - designed for airport development experts new to the international aviation sector as well as experienced professionals - will prepare [them] for entering international projects and provide [them] with the tools to succeed once there.” Mr. Ofori will participate on two panels – “Privatization and Public Private Partnerships” and “Global Markets & Lessons Learned.”
Mr. Ofori has more than 22 years of management, operations and business planning experience in various industries including airport privatization. In addition to being Senior Vice President of Global Operations for ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide, he also serves as the company’s representative on the Board of Directors for two airport concession companies. Prior to joining ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide, he led various airport privatization bids and technical assistance engagements for HAS Development Corporation.
